Half-fat Thai rice is a great local, organic and fair trade Thai rice. It is naturally gluten-free. It is a pure traditional Hom Mali variety, grown by a cooperative of small rice farmers in Sisaket province, northeastern Thailand. It is prized for its floral flavor with a jasmine aroma and a slight grain note. Cooked for 14 minutes.

Instructions
Plunge one part of rice into 1.5 parts of boiling salted water. Cook over low heat until all liquid is absorbed. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep in a cool place after opening.
