About this product
Chickpea flakes are a source of protein and rich in fiber. Native to the Near East and consumed there for thousands of years, the chickpea would have been cultivated in the 12th millennium before our era. The flakes are made of the whole legume grains cleaned and then steamed, greatly reducing cooking time when preparing them.

Instructions
Take 4 tbsp per person and cook for 5 minutes in 200 ml of boiling water. Let swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, incorporate your flakes directly into your preparations of savory or sweet recipes such as gratins, soups, vegetable cakes, donuts, cakes, cookies, breads ... These flakes will be used to prepare delicious hummus (mashed chickpeas and tahin) or to enrich vegetable soups with protein or simply in the form of puree as an accompaniment to vegetables and cereals. 5 minutes of cooking is enough.
