Small spelt flakes are high in protein and fiber. The small spelt would be the oldest cereal cultivated and consumed by the Man. This very old cereal would not have undergone the modern selection! The flakes are made of whole cereal grains cleaned and dehulled then steamed. This makes them convenient and easy to use.

Preparation: Take 4 tbsp per person and cook for 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Let swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, incorporate your flakes directly into your preparations of savory or sweet recipes such as gratins, soups, vegetable cakes, donuts, cakes, cookies, breads ... These flakes are eaten cooked as an accompaniment or added in soups, gratins, in the dough to make vegetable cakes, cakes and breads.
