Millet Flakes Organic

Preparation: These flakes can be used in the composition of your "homemade" muesli by consuming them as is at breakfast simply rehydrated with milk or in yogurt (and mixed with fresh fruit or dried fruit and other puffed or flake cereals). You can also bake them. Take 4 tbsp. as. per person and cook for 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Leave to swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Then accommodate them at your convenience. Otherwise, incorporate your flakes directly into the preparation of your savory or sweet recipes such as gratins, soups, vegetable pancakes, donuts, cakes, biscuits, breads... These flakes are eaten at breakfast (müeslis, etc.), as an accompaniment or added in soups, gratins, in confectioner's dough, vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads.
