Clearspring's Amazake - Sweet Grains Dessert is made using traditional production processes with just 3 simple organic ingredients: water, whole grains, and a pinch of salt. Through fermentation with a koji culture, the carbohydrates from the grains convert into simple sugars, giving amazake its naturally sweet flavour.

In Japan, amazake is typically consumed as a comforting winter drink, diluted with hot water. Versatile, it can also be added to smoothies, pancakes, muffins, or used as a batter for dairy-free French toast.
