Mix'gom is a 100% vegetable mix to make all your gluten-free baking and pastry preparations a success! It allows you to structure your dough, soften it (better display of your pie dough) and give a soft, airy and non-sticky crumb to your breads. Mix'Gom fibers swell a lot in the presence of water. To prepare your bread, make sure to bring 90% of the weight of flour in water.

Cold preparations: to thicken a cold liquid (sauce, cream), count one tablespoon for 200ml, mix well and wait a few minutes for the preparation to thicken. Preparations to cook: bread dough, pie dough & cake without eggs. Count 1 teaspoon for 200g of flour (if the recipe contains eggs, 1/2 teaspoon is enough) STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry, temperate place and away from light.

Je l'utilise dès que je fait de la pâtisserie, du pain ou une pâte à pizza. Ca donne une pâte beaucoup plus agréable à travailler (et à manger !)
