Clearspring Amazake - Sweet Grains Dessert is made using traditional production methods with only 3 simple organic ingredients: water, whole grains, and a pinch of salt. A koji culture converts the carbohydrates from the grains into simple sugars, creating the naturally sweet flavour of amazake.

In Japan, amazake is typically consumed as a comforting winter drink, diluted with hot water. However, it’s highly versatile and can also be added to smoothies, pancakes, muffins, or used as a batter for dairy-free French toast.
