Ghee Cooking Oil Organic

This BIO PLANETE ghee cooking oil combines the benefits of a healthy vegetable oil with the great taste of butter. Ghee plays an essential role in Ayurvedic cuisine: it is the famous "clarified" butter, free of milk proteins, water and lactose. Because it contains sunflower oil with a high oleic acid content, our new lactose-free cooking oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (67 g/100 ml) and vitamin E (30 mg/100 ml), but above all, it tastes great as butter.

This ghee cooking oil was created for food-conscious consumers who want to find back the tender taste of butter when cooking in the oven or pan. It is ideal for seizing fresh vegetables or fish, but also for cooking scrambled eggs, vegetable patties or pasta dishes.

With a smoke point of at least 200°C, it tolerates high temperatures. Its liquid consistency, unlike butter or concentrated butter, also allows a precise dosage.
