Our single variety olive oil is produced from Koroneiki olives freshly harvested in Crete. The oil is of monovarietal composition, which means that it is made entirely from a single variety, in this case Koroneiki. Their particularity is that the olives do not fall from the trees but remain attached to the branches. The olives used to make the oil never come into contact with the ground. They are then cold pressed (less than 27°C) using mechanical methods in order to preserve all the nutritional values of the olives. Multi-purpose oil, its sweet flavor allows it to be used daily and in all your recipes.
