Flavoured with vegetables and herbs, Priméal polenta becomes a ready-made dish. Prepared simply as a puree, it can be served as a main course.
This cooked semolina can also be shaped in different types of moulds, cooled and then roasted in the oven or in a frying pan; it can be served as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a meal, as bread or to take away for a picnic.
