Schär's gluten-free flour mix is a very fine flour mix, ideal for preparing your fresh pasta such as spaghetti, gnocchi, but also for making pancake dough, waffles, doughnuts and for thickening your homemade sauces without making lumps. The mixture is egg-free, without added milk, lactose-free and wheat-free.
