A mix of white, red and black quinoa. Red quinoa has a more pronounced taste and a hazelnut flavour. As for black quinoa, it is distinguished by its crisper structure. RECIPE: Tabbouleh: 200gr Quinoa (cooking: 15m in 1.5 times its volume of water). Fry 2 carrots and 1 pepper in a pan with olive oil. Finely chop 1 onion, garlic. Mix the cooled quinoa and vegetables, drizzle with vinaigrette, garnish with chives or fresh mint and enjoy cold.
