So make yourself comfortable, pour the sauce over the pasta, and have fun! A touch of seriousness... Our tomatoes are sourced directly from Northern Italy, from a certified organic and biodynamic farm. Production takes place from the end of July to the beginning of September, according to the cycles of mother nature.
