About this product
Kombucha is a fermented tea, an ancient decoction that has been consumed for thousands of years. Among the virtues most often attributed to Kombucha are improved digestion, increased energy and clarity of mind. The final mixture obtained is rich in B vitamins and has a wide variety of microbiotics (beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus and s. Boulardii).
Organic Kombucha made in Portugal with a coconut flavour by Captain Kombucha. Each drink is fermented with their own culture and only the highest quality ORGANIC certified ingredients. Captain Kombucha offers you certified organic ingredients of high quality and original flavours. Contains microbiotics, unpasteurized, live raw foods, with antioxidants and enzymes.
Kombucha has been consumed for centuries and is made by brewing tea, pouring sugar and adding a SCOBY (or mother) to start fermentation.
Keep preferably in the refrigerator, fermentation is always active!
To make your own kombucha, you can use this bottle to start a new SCOBY.
Composition
Ingredients : Filtered water, certified organic evaporated cane juice (cane sugar transformed during fermentation), carbon dioxide, certified organic green tea, live culture of kombucha (bacteria and yeast), organic stevia tea leaf extract, certified organic coconut extract 0.001%, certified organic extract (carrot, apple and blackcurrant). Water filtered by reverse osmosis.
