The highly prized BIO PLANÈTE Oʼcitron speciality surprises with its delicious natural scent of fresh lemon - the result of a delicate and complex manufacturing process. O'lemon is made of ripe Oueslati olives. Hand-picked from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of northeastern Tunisia, then carefully sorted, they are pressed a few hours later with fresh untreated Beldi lemons. This gives this sweet and velvety speciality that is a delight for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Our aromatic specialty O'citron is a wonderful addition to grilled salmon or vegetables and adds a sparkling note of freshness and elegance to salads and desserts.
