The wheat and gluten-free rice noodles have a delightful taste of sea due to the brown algae which is called Wakame. The noodles are bound within the package in three portion sizes.
Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to the boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.
