Its smooth texture, somewhere between honey and maple syrup, makes it easy to use in all kinds of sweet recipes: desserts, drinks, yogurts, or pastries. It adds a refined vanilla note, ideal for replacing your usual vanilla sugar without affecting taste or consistency. This syrup has been produced since 2025 in our own factory in Peru, using yacon tubers grown according to organic farming standards. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. The product is currently undergoing official organic certification, guaranteeing a pure, natural, and eco-conscious ingredient.
