Je l’utilise dans certains gâteaux. Attention à réduire la dose par rapport à d’habitude, au contact de la chaleur (vitaliseur)son pouvoir sucrant augmente.
Sympa pour sucrer avec un ig plus bas que le sucre raffiné.
Un indispensable !! A quand la version sucre glace ? Je l'a prend mais sur un autre site du coup... Très bon goût et indice glycémique bas et antifongique pour ceux qui on des problèmes de candida albicans.
Découverte pour moi ,sucre bcp plus que le sucre roux faut apprendre à le doser.tres bien pour les intolérances glucose fructose 👍
