Instructions
Ingredients to add: 1L of water (for 1 dose of the sachet) Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Pour the powder into a 1L container that can close tightly. Add, according to your taste, 1 to 2 slices of lemon, 1 to 2 dried fruits (fig, etc.) and 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Fill your container with 1L of water at room temperature and close it. Leave to ferment for 48 hours at room temperature (20 - 25°C). When the dried fruit has risen to the surface, the kefir is ready. Filter the contents using a strainer to remove the fruit. Enjoy fresh. A slight white deposit may form at the bottom of the bottle, this is completely normal. The kefir can be transplanted up to 8 times subject to good conditions of hygiene and use: use 100 ml of kefir and repeat the instructions for use. The drink may contain a very small dose of alcohol (0.5% to 3%) due to fermentation. It is therefore not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and very young children without medical advice.
