About this product

An organic fermented dessert made according to our recommendations guarantees you this dose of “bifidus”. The double dose sachet allows you to make 8 fermented desserts of 125mL.

Instructions

Ingrédients à ajouter : ½ L de lait pour une dose ou 1L de lait pour les 2 doses (1 sachet) Mode d’emploi : Utiliser des ustensiles parfaitement propres. Dissoudre le ferment dans 2 cuillères à soupe de lait puis verser petit à petit le restant de lait. Ajouter selon vos recettes, le sucre, la confiture, les arômes… Verser dans des pots et mettre en yaourtière (8H en moyenne). Une fois terminé, mettre au frais et laisser refroidir quelques heures avant de déguster. Les desserts fermentés réalisés peuvent se conserver jusqu’à 7 jours au réfrigérateur. Vous pouvez repiquer jusqu’à 5 fois le dessert fermenté obtenu, sous réserve du respect de bonnes conditions d’hygiène et d’utilisation : utiliser 1 pot de 125ml de dessert fermenté pour 1L de lait.La souche Bifidobacterium lactis ne se réensemençant pas, vous obtiendrez des desserts fermentés classiques.
