About this product
This product is made exclusively with products of plant origin. Thanks to Streptococcus thermophilus ferments, you can make fermented desserts based on soy juice, which are very digestible, lactose-free and without proteins of animal origin. The double dose sachet allows you to make 8 fermented soy desserts of 125mL.

Instructions
Ingredients to add: ½ L of soy juice for one dose or 1L of soy juice for 2 doses (1 sachet) Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of soy juice then gradually pour in the remaining juice. Pour into pots and put in a yogurt maker for 8 hours on average. Refrigerate and let cool for a few hours before serving. The fermented desserts made can be kept for up to 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. A slight pink color may appear on the surface of your desserts; this is normal and due to the development of microorganisms. You can transplant the fermented dessert obtained up to 5 times,
