Our kombucha is pasteurized. For this reason, the caps of our bottles are metallic in order to ensure optimal sealing and maximum conservation of the organoleptic qualities of our product.
If you encounter difficulties in unscrewing it, place a kitchen tea towel or fine linen on the cap before normally operate your bottle of kombucha.
