Fried & Sautéed (100% Deodorized Oleic Sunflower) Organic Organic

The versatility of this oil makes it ideal for frying, baking and baking. It comes from a special variety of sunflower seeds that are particularly rich in oleic acid, which allows it to withstand high temperatures, up to 210 °C. Fried + fried oil is tasteless and odourless thanks to a short steam treatment after crushing (deodorization). This process allows it to bring out the intrinsic flavour of the food as best it can. It can replace butter in baking, especially shortbread and cakes. It is also perfect for seizing meat, fish, tofu, vegetable fritters or fried potatoes over high heat. Its high content of vitamin E, as well as monounsaturated fatty acids, makes this oil a valuable ally in daily life.
