"This ORGANIC PLANET seasoning oil, which combines aromatic garlic with olive oil, has a gourmet and spicy composition. It should be noted that we do not add any essential oil. Our traditional mill located in Puglia uses the two most typical Italian olive varieties, Ogliarola and Coratina, to produce this oil. Thanks to its long experience, our partner presses olives and fresh garlic together with great skill. The oil is thus impregnated with the essential oil naturally present in garlic and acquires this inimitable flavour. The aromatic and medicinal properties of garlic are well known to all. This delicate blend is ideal for everyday cooking and goes perfectly with soups, sauces, bruschetta, salads and garlic steak."
