Coconut, chocolate & raspberry chia pudding

Here’s a delicious and super quick version of chia pudding.
Ingredients
- 1 glass of almond milk
- 1/4 glass of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of yacon syrup
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of puffed quinoa
- 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips
Recipe
- In a jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, yacon syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix well for 2 minutes to avoid clumping.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours — overnight is even better!
- For the topping, add a generous spoon of coconut yogurt, a handful of raspberries, puffed quinoa, and a few chocolate chips.
- Ready to enjoy!
