Prepare it the night before, let it chill in the fridge, and enjoy it first thing in the morning! Rich in fiber, healthy fats and plant-based proteins, it's ideal for athletes, busy mornings or simply for food lovers.

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, yacon syrup, coconut milk, chia seeds, and plant-based drink.
  2. Pour this mixture into your breakfast bowl or jar.
  3. In a small container, mix the 30 g of coconut cream with shredded coconut, then add this topping over the oats.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it over the yogurt. Add a little shredded coconut as a finishing touch.
  5. Place everything in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

This bowl can be customized with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, or even a touch of vanilla!
