Skin & Out's Hormonal Acne Herbal Tea is designed to combat hormonal acne by targeting the root causes of hormonal imbalances. With a powerful blend of herbs such as yarrow, lady's mantle, and sage, this herbal tea promotes optimal hormonal balance. These herbs have an "estrogen-like" and "progesterone-like" action that helps counteract the excess androgens responsible for hormonal acne.

This herbal tea not only rebalances hormones, it also has a sebo-regulating action, helping the skin control its sebum production, and an anti-inflammatory function, limiting skin reactions. Ideal as a 2-3 month treatment, it is also effective for occasional care during menstrual cycles. Drinking this herbal tea daily will help maintain healthy, soothed, and purified skin.

Drink outside of meals, twice a day. It can be drunk as a treatment for 2 to 3 months or occasionally during the week of the cycle during which the spots appear. At the end of the 3 months, take a short break (therapeutic window) of about a week to let the body rest. Let 1 teaspoon infuse for 200ml of hot water (the equivalent of a cup). Water temperature: wait 5 minutes so that the boiling water cools slightly and does not burn the plants. Infusion time: infuse for 10 minutes with a lid to preserve all the benefits of the plants. Iced version: infuse in cold water in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours with a lid.
