Vitamin D3 & K2 (2000 IU)

What is in a vitamin D3 and K2 capsule?

Vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form, known as menaquinone-7, vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, maltodextrin as a bulking agent and a pullulan shell. Kazidomi sells this food supplement in a bottle of 60 capsules, made in France from European raw materials.

Two vitamins together or vitamin D3 on its own?

This Kazidomi bottle pairs D3 with K2 in the MK-7 form, so one capsule covers both. The vitamin D3 sold separately in the range carries a single vitamin, comes apricot-flavoured and vegan, and runs to 120 units per pack. The choice is between one nutrient and a pair.

How is this supplement taken?

Swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning, keeping to the daily amount printed on the Kazidomi bottle, which is never to be exceeded. A food supplement is used within a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle: it stands in for neither of them.

What should I check before using it?

Kazidomi does not recommend this supplement for children under twelve, nor for anyone on anticoagulant treatment. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should take the advice of a health professional before use. The daily amount on the label is not to be passed, and the bottle stays out of reach of children.

What is the pullulan shell?

Pullulan is a gelling agent obtained by fermentation, used to form the capsule wall in place of gelatine. It is what Kazidomi has chosen for this bottle. Keep the supplement away from light, somewhere cool and dry, with the cap closed properly after every use.
