Inspired by Middle Eastern and North African cuisines, this sauce perfectly embodies Ottolenghi’s vision: generous, colorful, and full of character. Use it to elevate roasted vegetables, meat, grain bowls, or as a flavorful twist in salad dressings.

Crafted with natural ingredients, this harissa features carefully selected spices, smoked paprika, and pomegranate molasses. It’s a sauce that brings every dish to life with warmth and elegance.
