Inspired by Middle Eastern and North African cuisines, this sauce perfectly embodies Ottolenghi’s vision: generous, colorful, and full of character. Use it to elevate roasted vegetables, meat, grain bowls, or as a flavorful twist in salad dressings.

Crafted with natural ingredients, this harissa features carefully selected spices, smoked paprika, and pomegranate molasses. It’s a sauce that brings every dish to life with warmth and elegance.

Extra virgin olive oil, rehydrated paprika (24%), pomegranate molasses (22%), preserved lemons (13%) (lemons, salt) (SULPHITES), spice mix (dehydrated garlic, chili, cumin, dehydrated onion, coriander, cinnamon, sumac, caraway seeds, turmeric, fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves), sea salt, pepper paste (red pepper, salt, lemon juice), cumin, garlic purée, smoked paprika, paprika extract, acidity regulator: citric acid, rose flavouring.
