Magnesium bisglycinate 1350 mg, of which elemental magnesium 243 mg is 64.8% of NRV**
Capsule of vegetable origin 285 mg
Bulking agent: maltodextrin 150 mg
Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate 30 mg Vitamin B6 1,34 mg or 95% of NRV**

Instructions
Take 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water. Can be taken before sleep to have an effect on sleep.
