But then, turmeric: good or not good for your health? Excellent of course! Turmeric helps relieve stiffness, helps thin the blood and is a powerful antioxidant! We agree, that's a lot of super powers. Our pasta comes straight from a family-owned and operated factory in the Piedmont. Once again, we took the time to look for the most qualitative supplier possible to satisfy you. We wanted to offer you a range of organic and healthy pasta! And the selection criteria were numerous... Fresh and high quality raw materials, all organic and vegan. It was also important to us to offer you a wide range of products, so that there is something for everyone! You can find pasta made from wholemeal flours, rice, legumes and many others. The cutting and molding of the pasta (in bronze) is done in the purest Italian tradition. Also, the roughness of our products makes them more suitable to contain sauces and condiments. Finally, a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours constitutes the last key stage of production. The final result is a product rich in flavor that, thanks to a careful manufacturing process at low temperature, preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients.
