Spelt is a pre-cooked product which can be used in many different ways. When rehydrated you can it use it in many recipes (in stuffing, in vegetable patties, in cakes, in cookies or in omelettes...) Spelt is a ancient form of wheat, of better quality and with a better taste. These spelt flakes need to be cooked for 10 minutes. Leave to boil 5 minutes.
