The wakame seaweed is a large seaweed very appreciated by the Japanese. It is ideal for your salads, omelets, to flavor your soups and broths or to tenderize your cereals and legumes. It is rich in magnesium, calcium (10 times more than milk) and fiber. Hypocaloric, purifying and remineralizing, it is to be preferred in diets. This seaweed also protects the cardiovascular system thanks to its high vitamin K content.
Cette algue est et sans goût, mais, une fois assaisonnée (avec des pâtes par exemple), elle est mangeable :p Sa texture caoutchouteuse est surprenante au début, mais on s'y fait.
