Kazidomi's strawberry jam is a 100% fresh and organic fruit recipe. Made in France, our jam can boast of being without added sugar, because it has swapped industrial sugar with grape concentrate for an ultra-healthy, natural recipe with a good fruit taste. Its other asset is the method of preparation; our jam is composed of ingredients cooked under vacuum! This gentle cooking method preserves the organoleptic qualities (flavors, colors and textures) of the fruit. Result: you will enjoy a smooth and incredibly tasty jam to garnish your toast, breads, mueslis or pastries.
Composition
60% strawberry, concentrated grape juice: to bring a little bit of greediness - replaces the sugar of traditional jams, gelling agent (fruit pectin): for the texture and the consistency not too liquid
