Its artisanal recipe combines 49% organic miso (soya* and whole rice*), organic cane sugar, rock salt and a touch of chilli. Vegan, gluten-free and additive-free, it is crafted from fair trade rice and soy from bio-regenerative organic farming, with a remarkable 52% of ingredients certified Fair for Life — the highest in the Autour du Riz range. It is also validated by the GOÛM standards, which ban nearly 500 ultra-processed ingredients.
