Preparation of a Matcha Latte IRO : - Mix lukewarm water (+/- 5cl) and matcha powder (about two bamboo spoons) with your bamboo whisk in a cup until you get a smooth liquid without lumps. - Meanwhile, heat your vegetable milk (almond or oat milk are the most appropriate flavours) but without boiling it. - For an even creamier version, froth the milk with a milk frother. - Pour the hot milk over the Matcha and enjoy!
