Matcha IRO is a certified 100% organic and 100% Japanese Matcha tea. IRO Matcha Cooking powder is ideal for your matcha latte, pastries, cakes, milkshake, ice cream and smoothie. But this matcha powder can also be used in savoury preparations such as sauces, dressings, salads or soups. The special matcha powder for cooking is made from the best tea leaves from the first and second harvests. These harvests are much more qualitative than the third and/or fourth harvests usually used for this type of powder. Its beautiful green colour and delicious aroma and vegetable flavour will allow you to create dishes worthy of Top Chef. Preparation of a Matcha Latte IRO : - Mix lukewarm water (+/- 5cl) and matcha powder (about two bamboo spoons) with your bamboo whisk in a cup until you get a smooth liquid without lumps. - Meanwhile, heat your vegetable milk (almond or oat milk are the most appropriate flavours) but without boiling it. - For an even creamier version, froth the milk with a milk frother. - Pour the hot milk over the Matcha and enjoy! Conservation Matcha tea is a very fragile product, so remember to keep it cool, dry and away from light in a closed bag inside the box.
