Anatae's Premium Matcha is a high-quality green tea, offering a slightly bitter flavor perfect for daily consumption. This matcha, ideal for preparing matcha lattes or creamy drinks, is less sweet than ceremonial matcha but just as rich in antioxidants. Its vibrant green color is a sign of its careful cultivation in Japanese regions, guaranteeing exceptional purity.

In addition to its richness in catechins, this matcha is renowned for its energizing benefits, while having a moderate caffeine content. It is perfect for lovers of robust green teas, looking for a drink that is both healthy and delicious, whether for hot or cold preparations.

For the perfect preparation, place 1g of matcha (a flat teaspoon) in a bowl, then pour 70ml of water at 70-75°C. Mix well with a bamboo whisk or an electric frother until you get a creamy foam. Enjoy it pure or prepare a matcha latte by adding milk.

We recommend using oat milk for a creamy beverage. If the matcha tends to settle slightly at the bottom after a few minutes, simply stir again and enjoy its benefits.
