WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MCT COCONUT OIL AND ORDINARY COCONUT OIL?

MCT oil is a concentrated form of coconut oil. It offers pure C8 fatty acid chains that act very specifically on fat burning.

For frying and roasting, it is preferable to use regular coconut oil.

You can use MCT oil on a hot meal to support your combustion and feel satisfied for longer. You can also use it in drinks, for breakfast, in sauces & dressings... or simply with a salad to replace or supplement olive oil.

Coconut oil is rich in so-called "medium chain" fatty acids. These fatty acids are smaller than those of conventional oils, which is why it is so special. Due to their small size, medium-chain fatty acids are released from the stomach. They are transported to the liver where they are converted into ketones (or ketogenic bodies) that serve as fuel for the brain and heart, the organs that require the most energy.

MCT oil will optimally nourish your brain and help your liver produce ketones as fuel, which will help burn fat reserves and maintain your energy level at a stable level throughout the day. In addition, MCT has a positive effect on blood sugar levels and can be very useful in reducing appetite for sweet snacks and other unhealthy snacks.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) to hot drinks (e. g. coffee or tea) or meals, up to 3 tablespoons per day.

Start with 1 teaspoon at a time and increase the amount in a few days. Too much MCT oil, especially on an empty stomach, can cause nausea or have a laxative effect. If so, reduce the serving size.

MCT oil has a neutral taste, is liquid at room temperature and brings out the flavours of a dish. You can add it to any meal.

Without palm oil.
