A sweet blend of bitter oranges, lemons, mandarins and bergamots are the ingredients of Fiordifrutta citrus and ginger jam. Mainly cultivated and harvested under the Sicilian sun, in the Syracuse region, from early November to late May. Our Fiordifrutta is enriched with ginger, a spice with precious virtues. Taste: the sour aromas of Mediterranean citrus fruits are combined with the intense taste of ginger, which makes you travel to Sicily for breakfast. Accompaniments and advice: often used on Gorgonzola, this taste of Fiordifrutta is perfect on toasted black bread.
