Michel & Augustin's Salted Ossau-Iraty Biscuits are traditional cookies from the Basque Country. The perfect alliance between the strong taste of Ossau Iraty PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), the hint of acidity from the tomato and the hint of Espelette pepper! The result? A crunchy cookie on the outside, then melting on the inside. Ideal for the aperitif.
