Mainly cultivated and harvested under the Sicilian sun, in the Syracuse region, from early November to late May. Our Fiordifrutta is enriched with ginger, a spice with precious virtues. Taste: the sour aromas of Mediterranean citrus fruits are combined with the intense taste of ginger, which makes you travel to Sicily for breakfast. Accompaniments and advice: often used on Gorgonzola, this taste of Fiordifrutta is perfect on toasted black bread.
