Textured organic soy protein is a vegetable substitute for meat, contains twice as much protein as beef and is naturally rich in dietary fibre and iron. This product is obtained from organic soya grown in southwestern France, without the addition of any additives or other products, only by mechanical pressure of the seeds that have undergone an appropriate heat treatment.
