The cappellettis, whose name is inspired by their hat shape, are a plump and fleshy variation of filled pasta. They are coated with a delicious vegetable mixture made of lightly smoked tofu. Ready in 15 minutes maximum, these filled pastas will seduce young and old alike.

Instructions
1 package = 2 portions of 125g. Suitable for 2-3 people. Cook the pasta "al dente" (about 12-15 minutes) in 2.5 liters of simmering water 12-15 salted (1 tsp. salt per liter of water) simmering water.
