With these organic and gluten-free whole grain rice mochi cakes, do your body good while enjoying a delicious Japanese food. Made with whole grain rice, this mochi is more nutritious than the regular white mochi, yet as gooey as any good mochi.
Mochi is one of the favorite foods of the Japanese. Usually, mochi is made from cooked glutinous rice that is pounded into a paste with a mallet in a large bowl. However, nowadays, it is sold dried (as shown here) and can be grilled, pan-fried or boiled before being eaten.

Instructions
Pan fry them in a covered, lightly oiled pan over medium-low heat and flip it once.
To bake, cut the mochi into squares and bake it in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with dips or toppings of your choice, sweet or savory.
After opening, store in a cool place.
