Baking powder incorporated

This gluten free pizza mix will allow you to prepare a pizza dough in less than 5 minutes. Thin, crispy, soft or thick, you choose by adapting the shape of the dough and its baking. Cooking a good pizza has never been so quick and easy.





White rice flour *, semi-complete rice flour *, cassava starch *, chickpea flour *, baking powder * (corn starch, monopotassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), Mix'Gom * (blond psyllium) *, acacia gum *), dehydrated and devitalised sourdough of buckwheat * and quinoa *, sea salt.

Mix the contents of the bag with 325ml of warm water little by little. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional), and mix to a smooth dough. Separate the dough into 3 balls, place the dough between a baking sheet and cling film, and roll out with a rolling pin. Fill the dough (after removing the cling film) and bake in a hot oven at 210 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
