The water is dynamized by passing through a very powerful vortex (natural process) to bring out its remarkable taste and olfactory qualities. It also contains organic grains, a bouquet composed of a wild flower elixir (Astrantia Major) from the Pyrenean mountains and fresh organic vanilla.

Houblonde were developed in collaboration with the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in Belgium and is 100% organic (Certisys).

Houblonde has been awarded at the World Beer Awards in London as the most innovative Belgian beer and won also 3 golden stars at the “Superior taste Awards 2018 & 19” awarded by the profession of stars chefs an sommeliers in Europe.
