Tamari soy sauce is used to season stews, noodle soup, soups, fried vegetables, salad dressings, marinades and stir fries. Tamari goes especially well with vinegar, rice wine, ginger, garlic, mustard, pepper or ume su (Japanese vinegar). The flour that has been used to produce this soy sauce is gluten-free, rich in fibre and a source of protein.
