  • 200g Kazidomi lentil penne (gluten-free)
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 400g Kazidomi tomato passata
  • 300ml Kazidomi coconut milk
  • Yellow curry powder
  • 1/4 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Recipe

  1. Boil water to cook the pasta.
  2. Chop the garlic, tomatoes, and peppers. Sauté everything in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and yellow curry powder for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato passata and coconut milk. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the flat-leaf parsley.
  5. Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce. Finish the dish with parsley and a few shavings of parmesan.
