180 g rolled oats
25 g cocoa powder
60 g Pulse chocolate protein powder (2 servings)
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda or baking powder
300 ml plant-based milk
50 g dates, blended with 60 ml hot water
½ banana, mashed
65 g Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
2 tbsp (35 g) melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
75 g dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Recipe

Blend the dates with hot water and the banana until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, cocoa, protein powder, salt, and baking soda.
Add the plant-based milk, date purée, mashed banana, yogurt, coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and pour in the batter.
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let cool before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
